2. What DAFThub provides
DAFThub is a portal and education platform designed to help Americans approach the DAFT process with more clarity and structure. It may include public pages, member accounts, Premium features, a DAFThub Service Provider Directory, planning tools, and support or community-adjacent workflows. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, DAFThub does not provide legal advice, tax advice, immigration representation, or regulated professional services.
3. Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep login credentials secure and do not share access in unauthorized ways.
- Use the site in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
- Do not attempt to interfere with site security, performance, payment flows, DAFThub Directory moderation, or other users.
4. Acceptable use
- No scraping, automated misuse, spam, or abusive bulk use of tools, forms, or member features.
- No harassment, threats, impersonation, fraud, or posting unlawful or infringing material.
- No attempts to exploit bugs, bypass access controls, or use the platform in ways that create operational or legal risk for DAFThub.
5. Tools, calculators, and generated outputs
Tools and calculators are designed to support planning and structured thinking. They may rely on user inputs, assumptions, simplified logic, and incomplete factual contexts. Outputs are illustrative and should be reviewed before action is taken.
6. DAFThub Directory and third-party Service Providers
DAFThub Directory listings are provided for convenience. Service Providers are independent third parties. A listing, badge, or sponsored position does not create a partnership, guarantee, or endorsement unless DAFThub explicitly says otherwise through published criteria.
7. Paid services, memberships, and checkout terms
If DAFThub offers paid memberships, listings, or services, the applicable product page, checkout terms, Premium Membership Terms, DAFThub Directory Terms, and Refund & Cancellation Policy may apply in addition to these general Terms of Service.
8. Suspension, termination, and changes
DAFThub may suspend or terminate access where there is fraud risk, repeated misuse, non-payment, policy violations, security concerns, or other legitimate platform reasons. DAFThub may also change or discontinue features, tools, or policies as the platform evolves.
9. Liability and disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DAFThub is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the site, reliance on content, use of third-party Service Providers, or inability to access the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
