DAFThub Partner Program

Curated partner status for providers with strong fit, transparency, and trust.

The Partner tier is designed for a very small number of providers who consistently serve the DAFThub audience well and are comfortable operating with more visibility, higher standards, and closer collaboration.

Important: Partner status is reviewed manually. It is not a self-serve checkout tier and it is not granted automatically just because a provider is interested.

What approved partners currently receive

  • Everything included in the Featured provider tier
  • Top-priority directory placement with a Partner badge
  • One co-authored DAFThub article or similar editorial collaboration
  • Recurring strategy touchpoint with the DAFThub team
  • Stronger visibility in selected DAFThub community moments and events
  • Limited category availability to avoid overcrowding and preserve trust

What we review before approving partner status

  • Clear pricing and scope, including what is and is not included
  • Strong audience fit for DAFTers and Americans relocating to the Netherlands
  • Consistent professionalism, responsiveness, and realistic expectations
  • Evidence of trustworthiness such as references, examples, or community signal
  • Willingness to work within DAFThub standards for disclosure, tone, and member safety
Partner Code of Conduct

Partner status also means agreeing to a higher operating standard.

Before moving forward, please read the full DAFThub Partner Code of Conduct. It sets the baseline we expect around responsiveness, fee transparency, disclosure of referral arrangements, professional boundaries, community standards, review standing, and fair competition.

In practice: Partner providers are expected to respond to referred members in a timely way, be clear about pricing and scope before work begins, disclose referral arrangements or incentives in writing, keep credentials current, respect the community and other providers, and participate in the relationship in good faith — including the monthly Partner check-ins where relevant.

If approved, contract details, visibility, onboarding, and any partner-specific setup are handled manually with the DAFThub team.
