Premium terms

Premium Membership Terms

These terms apply to the optional DAFThub Premium layer and work together with the main Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

This page is aligned with the live checkout flow, renewal logic, cancellation wording, and the legal details shown below.

DAFThub

Specifics

This page is for subscription rules and member conduct. Entity details, exact billing logic, and consumer-rights language consistent with the final checkout flow.

Membership summary

What Premium is and is not.

Premium is the optional execution layer inside DAFThub. It adds deeper planning tools, member-only features, and other resources described on the Upgrade Premium page or checkout flow.

Access layer

Premium gives access to features, tools, and content that are not part of the free member layer.

Billing terms

Prices, billing intervals, and renewal status should always match what is shown live at checkout.

Cancellation

Members should be able to stop future renewals while retaining access for the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Fair use

Premium features such as DAFTbot or other tools may be subject to reasonable use limits to protect service quality.

No professional advice

Premium is still educational and operational support, not legal, tax, or immigration representation.

Changes and suspension

Access can be changed or suspended for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or serious policy violations.

Full Premium terms

The rules that protect both members and the platform.

This page should stay tighter than the main Terms of Service because its job is specifically to explain the Premium subscription and access layer.

1. Membership scope

Premium includes the features, tools, content, and support layers described on the applicable sales and checkout pages at the time of purchase. DAFThub may refine or update what is included over time, provided the overall service remains materially consistent with the membership offering.

2. Billing and renewals

The billing interval, price, currency, trial status if any, and renewal behavior should be the values displayed at checkout. If membership renews automatically, the cancellation path should be made reasonably clear inside the account or billing area.

3. Cancellation and access

Cancelling Premium should stop future renewals. Unless your final checkout wording says otherwise, access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period. Separate rules may apply to one-time products or bundled services.

4. Digital content and immediate access

Where Premium includes immediate access to digital content or member-only tools, the checkout flow should clearly disclose any effect this has on statutory withdrawal rights, to the extent allowed by law.

5. Fair use and abuse prevention

  • Premium is for the member’s own reasonable personal use unless DAFThub explicitly authorizes another use case.
  • Abuse, scraping, automation misuse, credential sharing, or excessive tool consumption may lead to throttling, suspension, or termination.
  • DAFTbot and similar features may be limited for fairness, reliability, or cost control.

6. No outcomes guaranteed

Premium helps people plan better and move with more structure. It does not guarantee an IND outcome, Service Provider performance, cost savings, timeline, or business success.

7. Relationship to other policies

Premium members are also subject to the Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
