DAFThub Directory Terms
These terms govern paid and unpaid Service Provider participation in the DAFThub Directory, including listings, disclosures, moderation, DAFThub Directory corrections, and payment-related expectations.
What this page covers
Service Provider listing rules, disclosure obligations, moderation rights, and how DAFThub handles DAFThub Directory participation.
The six topics Service Providers need most.
This page is about the Service Provider relationship with DAFThub, not the Service Provider’s relationship with the end client. Both matter, but they are different contracts.
Listing standards
Service Providers must submit accurate, current, and lawful listing information.
Moderation rights
DAFThub may review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings to protect users and the DAFThub Directory.
Disclosures and labels
Sponsored or approved-style labels should be used according to DAFThub’s published standards.
Payments and plan terms
Any paid listing or sponsorship terms should match the live sales pages and checkout flow.
No lead guarantee
DAFThub Directory participation improves visibility; it does not guarantee leads, conversions, or business outcomes.
Complaints and conduct
Service Provider behavior, listing accuracy, and complaint patterns can affect DAFThub Directory status.
The operating rules behind the DAFThub Directory.
Keep this page aligned with the Service Provider sales pages and the actual moderation standard you want DAFThub to enforce.
1. Scope
These terms apply to Service Providers who list, sponsor, or otherwise participate in the DAFThub Directory. They work together with the public DAFThub Directory Guidelines, applicable checkout pages, the Complaints Procedure, and any separate written agreement if one exists.
2. Service Provider obligations
- Provide complete and accurate business information.
- Keep services, categories, contact details, and disclosures current.
- Only make claims that can be supported and are not misleading.
- Comply with applicable law and any professional or regulatory obligations that apply to the Service Provider’s own services.
- Respond promptly when DAFThub requests clarification, correction, or moderation-related information.
3. Moderation and listing status
DAFThub may approve, reject, edit, relabel, hide, suspend, or remove listings where needed to protect platform quality, member trust, or legal/compliance interests. A listing can also be paused while complaints, disclosures, or supporting evidence are being reviewed.
4. Paid listings, trials, and sponsorships
If a Service Provider purchases a paid listing or sponsorship, the commercial terms shown on the relevant sales or checkout page apply. DAFThub may also offer an eligible DAFTer-owned business a limited free 3-month Basic listing trial. Any trial listing remains subject to review, DAFThub Directory rules, moderation rights, and removal if the listing no longer fits the platform standard. Paid placement does not guarantee business volume or endorsement.
5. No endorsement and no Service Provider guarantee
Unless DAFThub explicitly states otherwise through published criteria, a Service Provider listing does not mean DAFThub guarantees the Service Provider’s quality, legality, availability, or suitability for any user.
6. Complaints and removals
DAFThub may take complaint history, non-responsiveness, misleading conduct, user risk, or repeated policy breaches into account when deciding whether to keep, limit, or remove a Service Provider listing.
