I have two passions in life: music and cycling. As a DAFTer I chose to pursue business involving both of those passions.

For the past 30+ years I've been teaching brass lessons to students of all ages and abilities. Some students simply want to have fun in band. Others have gone on to study at major conservatories and now play in professional orchestras such as the Philadelphia and National Symphony Orchestras. Whether your goal is recreational or professional, my goal as a teacher is to help you achieve the most for the time you can and will invest. The lesson experience starts with getting to know each other and discussing your goals for lessons. I then devise a plan of study to help you realize those goals in the most efficient way possible. My hope is that throughout the course of your lessons you will not only gain indispensable knowledge and a love for music, but also a relationship with someone you can trust. In addition to lessons, I also have many years of experience as a brass ensemble and choir director and transcriber and arranger of brass ensemble music.

I sell velomobiles, a very practical bicycle for the Netherlands as the full carbon shell provides not only protection for the sometimes less than pleasant Dutch weather, but it also has remarkable aerodynamics that make the brutal Dutch headwind largely irrelevant. The cargo capacity and coolness factor are just bonuses. In addition I also can assist with cycle tour planning in the Zeeland region, a cycling paradise in my opinion, and I sell 3D printed accessories for recumbents. Finally, I also can do basic service on bikes and more comprehensive service on most models of velomobiles.

I have a small collection of 3D printers and can also offer 3D printing services. If you have a 3D print file, I can likely print it in a variety of filaments and colors. My design skills aren't anything impressive, but simple designs I may be able to create for a small nominal fee.
