Journey ADHD Coaching

I am a certified ADHD coach working with adults who are capable, deeply caring, and often exhausted from trying to manage life using strategies that don’t truly fit how they function. Many clients come to coaching feeling overwhelmed or stuck by recurring challenges at work, in their businesses, at home, or in daily life. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and thoughtfully challenged. Together, we explore how ADHD shows up uniquely for each client, identify patterns that create friction, and build practical, brain-aligned strategies that support getting started, follow-through, and emotional regulation. We focus on systems that feel realistic, flexible, and sustainable. I bring over 15 years of professional experience working with complex data and systems, along with an MBA. This perspective also informs my work with clients navigating complexity and competing demands without traditional structures. I work with adults at different stages of life, including professionals, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and parents. I offer coaching via video conferencing and serve clients worldwide.
